National Junior Honor Society

Membership in the All Saints Catholic School chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is open to students who, by the spring of their 7th grade year, meet criteria in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership, and service. To be eligible, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher and must be evaluated positively by the All Saints faculty in regard to leadership and character.

Speech team

The Speech Team welcomes students in grades 4-8. Students select published pieces in the categories of Standard Oratory, Humorous and Serious Prose, Humorous and Serious Poetry, Humorous and Dramatic Interpretation, and Monologue. Dramatic and Humorous Duet Acting is also offered to those wanting to work with a partner. On average, the team competes in 8-9 tournaments per year.

 

Mathcounts club

Students in grades 6-8 meet each Friday morning to practice math. The All Saints Mathcounts Team competes in the annual Diocesan Mathcounts Competition each January.

Student Council

All Saints Student Council (grades 5-8) serves to engage students in learning about democracy and leadership in a school environment.

Student Council members:

  • Give input about program policies

  • Plan special events and service projects

  • Raise funds for student activities or the program

  • Support students

  • Give the student body a 'voice'
