Volunteering at All Saints

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at All Saints Catholic School. As of Summer 2016 the Diocese of Tulsa has updated their requirements for volunteers.  If you are interested in substituting in addition to volunteering please take note of the different requirements.

Volunteers - Download the instructions for on-campus volunteers, substitutes, and volunteer drivers here. Once complete print copies of your Virtus Certificate and Background Check from the Virtus portal and submit to the office.

Returning Volunteers - If you've had a background check within the last five years and if you were up-to-date for the 2015-16 school year, you likely just need to acknowledge the new policies available to you when you log into your Virtus portal (instruction included in the above link). If you haven't completed the background check, the use the link above for new volunteers.

Remember: If you are a lunch room volunteer you must complete the online food safety training provided by the Tulsa Health Department in addition to the diocese requirements. The required certification is free (and counts toward Care & Share). Upon completion of the course, you will be able to print your volunteer permit. You will need to provide the school with a copy of the permit. To access the course go to www.tulsa-health.org/volunteer-online-training  You must renew this permit yearly.




Lunch Room Duty Requirement

Each family is required to complete 2 hours of volunteer work in the lunch room or will be billed $20. Visit the LUNCH PROGRAM page to sign up to volunteer in the lunch room.
